Just saw Batman: The Dark Knight
Great movie, Heath Ledger's performance was flawless, best Joker in all the films without question, I liked how the lines are blurred between good and evil, this has been a trend in movies the last few years, Batman used questionable methods of accomplishing his goals for good and the Joker ended up killing fellow criminals which is an indirect good....
It's funny how movies lately have been doing that, when you compare this to older movies the hero and villian are clear cut, black and white....but I guess the current trend is a reflection of us as a society and how things are not as clear cut as they used to seem perhaps generations ago.
I don't have one complaint about this movie except for how they altered Batman's voice which kind of annoyed me a bit....but on whole this movie was incredibly well done. Last I checked it's the 3rd highest grossing movie in history and poised to take the number 1 spot from Titanic....
What are you thoughts on it?
Any news about the 3rd film?
